AntiVir.. Well worth it (it's free), just google it.

Already picked up a trojan on a file that both Nortons and Mcafee never did... double thumbs up in my books

NOD 32 is, I think an Australian anti virus program that claims it hasn't missed a virus in the last 18 months - 2 years. It's trial version is free, and so is the upgrade to the full program I believe. It picked up on four trojans I had, that Kaspersky which I was running before, never even saw.

Noice, I'll give it a whirl. I'm sick of just posting from work!

    It's ... naughty!

I've been using the free version of AVG for years. That combined with Zone Alarm and a coupla good spyware programs keeps my PC about as secure as it's gonna get.

    How about a Spamfest?
See who can boast the most posts over a set period of time..like a weekend or something?
We can have designated threads etc.

Maybe if it's limited to certain threads it would be ok. Then the people who don't want to be involved won't be bothered by it. The sockwars almost ends up being like that anyway with people going out of their way to post lots in the designated sock thread.

I've actually been thinking about a new sockwars for a while. But I've been trying to come up with better ways of doing it, because of the new users who may not know posting styles or anything like that yet. But I haven't come up with any decent ideas of what to do.
