Traditional grey alien, I know Bith and Duros are similar but I think there's room in the GFFA for grey aliens too.

    Kitik Keed'kak says hi.

(It would be rather neat to see that species, the Yam'rii, in the ST).

I'd like to see more screen time for some of the original aliens from the OT cantina.

I want to see the Chiss and Kel Dorin in the ST. I also want to see more Duros. Hopefully the ST will have more alien main characters. Maybe even have more than one character of one race, like have two Dorin characters.

I have to say that I am curious to see Bothans and any other species that we have not already seen on film. A Twilek Jedi or Sith would be cool to see (Not main character though).

There is going to be, nothing wrong with CGI, whether its good or not just depends on how it used.

I said Cgi aliens. Nothing Wong with CGI enhancing a scene of course. But when it comes to a character I'm supposed to give a crap about, I might aswell be watching a cut scene in a computer game. If you can honestly say there has ever been a cgi character that you gave 2 ***ts about then well, good for you.

I gave ***t about Gollem & a bit of a ***t about PT Yoda. What did you think of those 2?

Also, do you care more about a puppet on a guy's hand? (OT Yoda)

Totally forgot about Gollum (how could I do that? Lol) so yeah your right there. But Gollum had a lot of personality and his inner battle was brilliantly done. Thanks in most part to Andy Serkis don't forget. And yeah I did prefer OT Yoda (I know, I know unsurprisingly lol) he just seemed to have more soul than CGI Yoda. At the end of the day, the eye cannot be deceived. If your looking at a CGI city or whatever you can pretty much buy into that.If your looking at CGI creature that your supposed to care about and have an affinity with it becomes much more difficult to pull you in. Example- Have you seen An American Werewolf in London? There's a scene when the guy 1st turns into the werewolf. Now this was done with no CGI whatsoever. (By Rick Baker by the way) yet it was done all those years ago it's far more believable than say, watching the transformations in Underworld. Are you a fan of Jabba? What did YOU prefer, crappy CGI Jabba or Jabba from ROTJ? It feels more real, is my argument.

A good blend of CGI and practical is the way too go, I'd say.

CGI Jabba was terrible, as was most of the PT CGI characters. I thought they did a great job with Yoda though, esp in RotS. I didn't like things he said or did but I totally bought into the look of the character.
EpVII will be using CGI technology 10-16 years more advanced than the PT. I think it will be great, but still I agree there needs to be less CGI than the PT.

& by the way your opinion of Gollum shows that it is possible to get a CG character right.
