ST Which character are you most looking forward to seeing

Well your Leia crushing inner child will be disappointed. She is waaay too old now, to have a crush on.

Well it is hard to choose. It will be interesting to see Gleeson cause he might be a Kenobi, but most of all I wana see Serkis and Driver. The mysterious alien and the bad guy. These two will totally steal the show, mark my words.

I want to see Han and Leia as the old bickering married couple, who haven't lost any of that wonderful banter they used to have.

And really excited to see their kid(s) and what traits they've inherited

 

Driver's character. I can't wait to see who the villain is.

 

I'm looking forward to seeing how the new characters will turn out.

I am not ageist. At all. Leia is old enough to be my mother, but I find older women attractive, always have. I think middle aged Leia will look lovely.

She might be too old for you to have a "crush" on, but speak for you damn self kiddo.

Luke.

 

I'm curious to see all the smaller roles and characters. A lot of memorable faces and aliens were just cameos and one liners in the OT.

 

For me it's got to be Jaina (assuming that the incredible Denis Lawson is unwilling to come back as Wedge).
She was groomed as the next "main hero" for a long time, and I hope they'll include her and do her justice in Ep. 7. Daisey Ridley seems quite good, if she's playing Jaina, but I'm concerned that she seems so much younger than the guys. That being said, most of the publicity photos and clips I've seen of her are from a few years ago when she was a teen.

As importantly, I hope we get a diverse and well-done assortment of alien characters with no rubber-forehead-men, wacky cartoons or unfortunate "evil race" tropes.

 

Without a doubt, the character I'm most excited to see is Daisy Ridley's(I've got a feeling the name Jaina will be one of the few EU elements they'll use for the film) . Luke and whatever character John Boyega is playing tie for second.

I'm fairly certain she will be(at least in terms of being the central protagonist for the entire trilogy). We've had hints that's the direction they were going and I really hope it ends up that way.
