I know this isn't the same as having their name and history back, but I was happy to see a Killik design in Han Solo #1 (top right of first frame):

There are so many fun insectoid species designs. I'll take any and all of them back.

I'm not sure though if that's a killik or not. Maybe I'm just pining for something that will never come back.

I thought it looked really similar to their New Essential Guide to Alien Species image and figured the artist worked from that. (I'm just being hopeful, too, haha.)

Most of my other favorites have already been covered. I always did like the concept of the Starweirds, and spacer legends / horror in Star Wars in general.

While nothing in the book itself identifies it as a Bothan, the illustrator intended it to be one and was authorised to do so.

To absolutely no one's surprise, Tiss'shar.

What Jello might say with irony, I say with conviction: "What a piece of work are the Sipsk'ud!"

They're my second choice, I think.

That is so majestic it should be accompanied by an Attenborough VO.

"Here, in the forests of Ragna III, we find one of the strongest humanoid species ... in the galaxy." :D

    I love Attenborough's narration.

Akk-dogs are canon already, they appear frequently as enemies on Mataou in Star Wars: Uprising.
