JCC Which film do you most want to see this holiday season?

Mockingjay. The last book is worst of the three but it's not appalling just has a VERY bad end to it.



I will see the Hobbit purely to finish it off but I've not been impressed by it

and I want to rewatch Jim Carrey's The Grinch

3. A Christmas Carol, Flintstones version

 

Scrooged is so much better, Wock. But then, Bill Murray does that to a movie.

Followed by Hunger Games, Penguins of Madagascar, The Imitation Game, Big Hero 6...

 

Madagascar 3 made as much worldwide as X-Men United. There's a decent chance that Penguins is going to be huge.

 

I agree with Wocky, I love the George C. Scott version of A Christmas Carol. He was absolutely perfect for the role. Also love David Warner and Roger Rees in it as well.
For other Christmas stuff, I also love the Claymation Christmas from the 80's, and of course all the classic cartoons.
As for in the other movies, got to finish out the Hobbit.

ordinarily i wouldn't be interested in these dysfunctional family holiday movies (see: christmas with the kranks, four christmases), but seeing as how it's one of robin williams' last movies, it's kind of like i'm paying my respects to him. who knows, he might say or do something really hilarious.
