Saga Which is the best Star Wars prequel movie of the FIVE?

Solo is the best prequel.

Flawed, yes. But it flows well and it has a tone and fun, endearing nature that keeps me coming back.

 

Lol the OP didn’t stipulate that the Star Wars ‘prequel’ films he is alluding to are specifically the Lucas trilogy. Those opinions are for another thread.

Ya, this poll is going exactly as I thought. ROTS is crushing it just as it should be.

 

Revenge of the Sith for this old school fan.

 

Solo, closely followed by Rogue One.

I haven't watched the other three for about 5 years. And Ill never watch them again in my lifetime.

 

ROTS for me.

 

Solo for sure.

 

Because I love Darth Vader, Revenge of the Sith.

EDIT: On second thought, Solo because I can easily enjoy it without having to watch the other films of the franchise.

 

Solo, and that was hard for me to choose over ROTS and R1. ROTS and R1 are hauntingly emotional and Solo has its moments but they are fun emotional. Just where my head is at right now.

 

After seeing Solo and thus all of the prequels made thus far, I think I can easily say Rogue One if my favorite by far.

 

I enjoy them all but my favorite one of the lot is easily ROTS.

 

AOTC. True, I haven't seen Solo yet, but given that AOTC has been my favorite SW movie since I first saw it Solo would have to be flippin' amazing to take the number one spot on my list.

 

Same. I was 15 when it first came out and I've felt the exact same way about it since.

R1 won the last poll but I figured RotS would take this one out. Solo was bound to take some votes away from R1, which is proving the case. RotS always has the advantage of getting almost all of the nominations from PT fans, with the other 2 prequels always doing terribly in polls. Still, as Rocky would say it ain't over till it's over.

 

Probably because it's the best movie.

 

In your opinion its better, and others of course. In my opinion its one of the worst movies I've ever seen, SW or otherwise. Along with TPM and AOTC.

 

And in my opinion Rogue One is an utterly bland and forgettable film that is full of eye-rolling references to the OT, and lacks any real inspiration or identity. ROTS takes chances, has real visual flair, and will long outlive the artistically bankrupt Rogue One.

 

If it's so forgettable why do you remember so much about it?
