Reloaded, even though nothing could beat the first time I watched the Matrix back in 1999, amazing!

Reloaded, definitely. I felt the film had more texture to it in terms of story and action than the other two. It didn't have the "mystery" of the first film, but I never hold that against Reloaded, because the mystery comes from "what's going on here?" And at the end of the first film, we know what's going on. Reloaded then assumes the position of taking over from there and diving right into the thick of things, which I felt it accomplished majorly.

I enjoyed Revolutions, but not much went on in that one besides the Zion war, which was cool looking, but ultimately kind of empty in comparison to other movie franchise battle scenes, such as the battle of Geonosis in Attack of the Clones and the battle of Minas Tirith in The Return of the King and even Helm's Deep in The Two Towers. I enjoyed the outcome of Revolutions and some of the more emotional meanderings, but I felt it to be an emptier film than the second and first.

Revolutions. That one actually made me like the first two. Go figure.

The Matrix. The other two have the nasty handicap of sucking.

It came down to either Reloaded or Revolutions for me, and as much as I enjoyed all the discussion in Reloaded, I preferred the Smith/action-ness of Revolutions. ;)

I changed my mind. I like Reloaded more now. You gotta love the Burly Brawl and the freeway chase.

The 1st one. had a greaat story and the effects looked real and not like a bunch of crappy CG characters fighting for 10 minutes.

The first movie rocked! They should have stopped there. The last two, horrible.

The first Matrix was the best to me. It was so...thought-provoking. The conscruct Kung Fu was the highlight of the movie for me.

Since I don't consider myself a Matrix fanboy I am looking at this from an outsiders view. I defenitley enjoyed Reloaded more than the Matrix, and I consider Revolutions to be equal or if not a little better than the first film. The reason people like the first film so much is because it is not as intellectually stimulating, challenging, and does not ask the viewer to make up their mind about the questions in the movie. I find Reloaded to be a action and thought provoking film wrapped into one, it defenitley is the deepest of the three and it requires many repeat viewings. Reloaded reminds me of Vanilla Sky and how it is unfairly trashed by critics I find both of them to very stimulating experiences, and when I watch them I usually end up wanting to watch them again to catch something I had not the previous time. Every time I watch those films I pick up on something I have not before.

The Matrix was bext by FAR, and I liked 3 a lot better than 2 but that's because i thought the ending of 2 was stupid, but the ending of 3 was good.
