I'm looking forward to Allston's Enemy Lines duology because it will be the closet
thing to another X-Wing novel and it will feature Luke,Han,Leia,Lando and Mara
Jade forming a resistance. That will be very exciting. It will be like the original
    movies.

I don't just want to follow everyone else, but i love all the X-wing novels. AA's sense of humor makes his books fun to read.

I originally would have said Enemy Lines but dammit, I wanna see what happens to Jaina in Dark Journey!

I'm looking forward to all of them. Allston is a great SW author IMHO. I don't know much about Stover's work or his style, so I can't really comment.

But I'll choose Dark Journey. At the very least because of what went on in Star by Star, and I want to see what becomes of Jaina - one of my favorite EU characters. :)

I'm looking forward to all of them, too.

What blows my mind is that Stover only got 12% of the vote. Come on!!! I take it the majority of the voters have never read Stover's work, ay?!!! To take a quote from above, "Stover rocks"!!!

Allston's books are the ones that I'm looking forward to the most. I like his sense of humor.

In order of what I am looking forward to:

    (1) Traitor: I am looking forward to reading Matthew Woodring Stover, after the hype from DL... he has the reputation of a dark and gritty writer, so should be a lot of fun.

    (2) Enemy Lines: Looking forward to the good old fun by Aaron Allston... looking forward to seeing who will eventuate as the new chief of state.

    (3) Dark Journey: More stuff on the Chiss and Hapes... should be good, but the other three I am looking forward to more.

Enemy Lines, specifically Rebel Dream. The cover is awesome. It has **Han and Leia** on the cover and in the summary, which is always a plus for me and I'm looking forward to reading Allston's work.

Dark Journey! Mainly because SBS leaves you hanging at the end big time.
And, according to SW Insider, paperbacks are due out in February, April, June, and August, Walter Jon Williams hardcover is out in November. These are all NJO.
The Approaching Storm is out January 29th which is the prequel to Episode II, and Dark Journey comes out the same day. The DelRey website has most of the listing of books to come out in 2002

Dark Journey. I'm a Jaina fan. of course, I'm also somewhat dreading it because I hear that Jag's gonna be in it. NOT a good thing. Maybe he'll start hitting on Jaina and Kyp will kick his butt! I wish. Jaina and Kyp forever!!!!!!

I voted for Enemy lines, mainly for RD.
Look at the cover, do you see the pride, grit, determination in Wedge's face?
Apart from that it will be intresting to see what tone the book will be, will it stay dark? or will it be in the tone of his other books?
I like Allston's books because of the humor and let's face it, we NEED humor in the NJO.
There has been no humor in the NJO since Droma left, I hope Droma comes back.
Can you imagine the lines between Janson and Droma...

Maybe Allston will throw Droma in his books.

    I voted for Enemy Lines..

As had been said by those above Allston rules! The NJO could do with a little Allston humour and Wraith magic! (Oh yeah, Wedge too!)
