Which of these non-SW, non-Indy Lucas-related films do you like the most?

I only remember seeing Willow. So... I'll go with that option.

Other. Howard The Duck was by far the greatest piece of Cinema ever conceived, but what bothers me more is how the academy completely snubbed it for Best Picture and Adapted Screenplay. I mean, how does one not like the premise of a pot-smoking, foul mouth, big billed, humanoid Duck! It so has Rick McCallum's ghost direction all over it.

Lucas captured the mood of the time perfectly.

The last moments of innocence for the characters and the nation.

 

THX1138 was a TERRIBLE movie. The most piece of garbage I've ever seen. Terrible pacing, terrible writing, and terrible acting no matter how it was intended to be. This movie was a huge mess.

 

Labyrinth! Written by Terry Jones of Python fame, directed by Jim Henson and exec produced by Lucas, starring David Bowie and an adolescent Jennifer Connelly...? This should be winning by a landslide!

 

I voted for other, but the two movies that I liked was Howard the Duck, and well the second one wasn't a movie but a 17 minute short and that was Captain EO. Up until now I havne't seen many movies capture the feel of the 17 minute short that I saw at the Epcot center.

 

Willow. One of Kilmer's best performances.

 

Agreed. I like it more and more with every viewing.

 

While I really like American Graffiti, I decided on Willow because it has fewer votes.
