Speculation Which reason is most likely for the delay in announcing a director?

    i think they're going to try to keep it quiet as long as possible, most likely they'll announce it with the clone wars mid season finale

    Once everyone pays their membership for the year, those paying fans will get access to the world's most boring webcam. They aren't delaying anything... once the members only webcam is up and running, they will release a 'George Lucas Select' image of the director's ear. We can all figure out who it is from there...

    Malick can be a hard guy to track down. They have to find him before he can sign the contract.

    There is no delay - they are just taking their time because there is no need to rush anything.

    It is just us fanspeople so desperate for solid news that we think we need to know now!!! :p
