    As a point of contention, it does not revolve around the picking of nits, but instead rather a predeliction toward precision.

    The post was about voicing an opinion. Yours involving a rather broad definition of sci-fi, whereas mine was grounded in the distinction between specific genres. There is no right or wrong answer per se.

    Perhaps the "overanalysis" was grounded in the fact that your original question did not automatically lead to "the answer that I was obviously looking for".

    We all view the world differently, based on our past experiences and how they have shaped us. I can fully appreciate and acknowledge that you stand by your point of view, which is laudable. However personally, I prefer not to debase myself by engaging in pointlessly judgmental name calling.

    Gotten over. Break given.

    i have to say , it would have been x-men , but i seen that now . after x-men , it woud be tomb raider .
