Here's a few ideas:

Have Jar Jar Binks do what he normally does, then follow it with the words "Drink Responsibly"

The scene in AOTC where they chase the Bounty Hounter. "Where are you going Master?" "For a drink".

Anything with Han Solo in it. He seems like the most normal out of all of the characters. The most connectable and real IMO. He'd be good for beer commercials.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, obviously. There's already a beer called McEwan and one called Guinness.

In fact, given that Alec Guinness's mother was a barmaid, it wouldn't surprise me if this is where he got his name. He never did know who his father was, and he simply took her word that his name had been Guinness. If his parents were both drunk, the name might not be far off the mark anyhow .

Actually, years ago I worked with a guy who was applying for a job in an ad agency & had to come with an example pitch - thanks to me banging on about SW all the time, he picked Guinness as the product, with the tagline, "Give yourself to the dark side."

IIRC, he got the job.
