Which way of turning someone down do you prefer?

Long explanation...
Wears them down a little, and shows them that I'm quite nerdy and think too much about things.

 

I usually just say no, I like to get straight to the point when it comes to the matters of the heart.

I haven't actually had to turn anybody down this way, but mentioning "my fiancée" in a conversation is how I've tended to deal with potentially problematic situations. Can't show a ring finger, as we guys don't generally get engagement rings, since there's not really a standard that could be recognized as such.

yes, this one. Usually when they're just hinting and haven't said anything I must say no to.

 

I said "other" to represent I've been shot down, but don't typically get to turn down others.
