Yoda, Vader, The Emperor, that one Ewok that got blown up...
The Rancor, Jabba, Boba? lots and lots of imperial troops.
I'll assume that they were referencing one of the major players from a rebellion point of view!
Well thankfully, we've already averted one dude: Star Wars: Detours.
Praise the maker.
I am curious as to which Pixar movie that the OP thinks bombed.
"Finding Jedi" a tale about one father's pursuit of his son.
Clearly, Episode 14 will be the biggest bomb.
You can tell there's really a lack of news when people have no choice but to turn to wishing for certain suckinesses...
Episode XIII won't do very well because it'll have that 38 minute long song-and-dance sequence involving Wookies performing Everybody Jam by Scatman John.
Oh, and Episode 57 will bomb due to the entire human race being extinct.
I'm sure the mutants living on the Mars Colonies will get a kick outta it.
As long as Cohagen gives those people air.
LOL, that is what you are going to hang your hat on? Of 13 or so films, one made minimal profits (though still profited) and you are going to start worrying?
Cars 2 budget: $200 million. Final worldwide gross: $560 million. Hardly a bomb. Critics reviews were mixed, kids still loved it so it made tons of cash. 6th highest grossing Pixar movie out of 12 released. I don't think Pixar has ever released what would be considered a "bomb"
I would go with what was said by someone else: we had a dud with The Clone Wars theatrical release, but even that made cash: 8.5 million budget, final gross $68 million
make that 13 Pixar films, I forgot about Brave
Hell yeah! Lando falling into the Saarlac? Han and Chewy having to lead the fleet in the Rebel attack and the Falcon not making it out as the Death Star explodes around them? Leia leading the assault on Endor (she makes it though lol) Victory in the end but victory achieved at a cost to the heroes. Only Luke and Leia left. Han, Chewy, The Falcon and Lando would've been remembered solely for the OT. Don't get me wrong i still love ROTJ but think that could've been a more fitting end. But what do I know?
I'll have a hard time respecting anyone's future opinion if they thought that Clone Wars theatrical movie was good.
Honestly, I'd say any of the spinoff films have the potential to be a bomb...
When someone in the movie unexpectedly drops the F bomb.
But then it would confirm that the SW universe and the Battlestar universe are the same!
And then SW canon would look like this.
No! I wouldn't want that to happen. Those cameras suck.
