X2...longer and more violent than the first one. The third one...well, I did like it but it's not my favourite.

    X2: X-Men United.

X3 was too much of a summer movie. I think if Singer had done it might have been my favorite, but it lacked emotion and the pace needed to slow down instead of running from one scene to the next without slowing down to give us the quiet moments that made the first two so much better than other comic book movies.

    X2 remains my favorite.

But despite its flaws, I enjoyed The Last Stand more than the first movie.

    I voted for X2.

But I went to see X3 yesterday and I enjoyed it very much. Mainly because it featured so many mutants with different powers. And, similar to Matrix 3, it had battles on a much larger scale than the first two. And the ending hinting at Magneto "reacquiring" his powers made me laugh out loud. [face_laugh] A very clever way to leave a little backdoor open for a fourth movie. ;) And with them claiming this to be "the final part of the trilogy". Final part my a**. :p

The Last Stand. The only problem with it was no Nightcrawler. [face_plain]

X2 - an amazing blend of action, drama, suspense and fun.

Though I'm rather fond of X1 - the climax leaves much to be desired, but I enjoyed all the character interactions, especially the relationship between Rogue and Logan.

X3 wasn't completely terrible - it had some nice moments - but IMHO absolutely no soul or meaning. What should have been the most emotionally charged film felt surprisingly detached for me.

I thought the first two were very good. The last one was a big let-down.

I chose the first one since it could use some more votes, but I like X2 just the same.

How could anyone like X-3? It was tehstupid...

Instead of having everyone cry over Cyclops they just ignored that completely!
It should have been Wolverine and Magneto die, and Cyclops and Xavier live...Or just cyclops....

At the end of X-2, Jean is sweet and Xavier is cool, they never did anything with cyclops but he still stole scenes and then poof they are all dead!

    X-3 gets a 0 out of 10

X-2 and X-1 were sweet though...

I thought number 3 was great. After having heard so much crap about how bad it was supposed to be, how weak it was compared to the first two, no character development, Phoenix plot being a joke, bad fights etc.. i was expecting to see another Batman + Robin.

I was shocked to discover how good it actually turned out to be. During the movie i never felt that this movie wasn't in the same league as the other two, at some points it was actually better in my opinion. This movie felt a lot more like the X-men comics i remember reading when i was little(Okay, last week). Even though the Phoenix saga had been changed, i still felt that Jean was scary as hell and that they had to stop her no matter the cost, which means to me that the story succeeded.

Even though i would have liked more scenes with Colossus, i thought Iceman, Kitty, Rouge and Pyro had enough scenes to make them feel like a part of the story, Iceman`s rivalry with his old friend Pyro, Rouges fear that Iceman would eventually leave her and therefor wanting to take the antidote, and the scenes with Iceman trying to Comfort Kitty. The Pyro and Iceman fight was short but sweet, especially the head butting
