Phx White Elephant Gift Game - New Year's Party Related

OK, I ran this last year & it was a blast.
Here's how it works...

Get a $20 or less gift.
It can be wacky, cool, SW related, Not-SW related, Serious, etc..

Ask around if you are still not sure what to buy.

At the party, we all draw #s.

#1 picks a gift & opens it.
#2 picks a gift & opens it.
#2 can either:
switch gifts with #1
or keep what they got.
#3 picks a gift & opens it.
#3 can either:
switch gifts with #1
switch gifts with #2
or keep what they got.
and so on..

After the last person, we go back to #1.
#1 can now switch their gift with anyone.

Then we go around the #s 1 more time of switching.

Why is it called White Elephant?
The term White Elephant represents a goof-like gift.

One of the best ideas i've seen was a BIG bag of dog food. Buried inside it was movie Gift certificates.
