i guess i didnt make that very clear. sorry

im talking about tint for lenses. like the kind of tint that you use to tint your windows.

does anyone know a way to get it?

or know if it actually exsits?

ahh.. well white is optically opaque so you are not likely to be able to get a white tint.

You might find decal type things that look solid white but actually are a lot of fine dots. Ever been on a bus that has advertising go all the way over the windows? That's sort of the same thing. From the outside it looks solid, inside you can see out due to the spaces around the dots forming the image.

Otherwise you might find a fine white mesh....

Exactly what to you want to do with it? You may find a white glass paint that you could thin down enough to still see through.

I'd be willingly to guess he needs it for a spider-man costume, something I'm looking into. I've heard from some people who have very nice spider-man costumes that mirror silver tint works great and you can get it at places like AutoZone and I've even heard about people getting it at Wal-Mart

yah, it is for a spidey costume. i made a few lenses with mirror tint, but i just think white tint is more movie-correct

ive heard of a paint type tint for curved lenses

maybe a combination of mesh and mirror tint

If you want to go white mesh, which was used on Ithink the stunt costumes in Spidy 1 and 2, I'd got with two layers of it, just to be sure.

i found a really perfect combination of clear acyrlic, mirror tint and white mesh that makes the lenses white, reflective, and they hide my eyes.

only problem is that they are a tad bit hard to see out of

    but not to bad

I have some memory of a white "tint". It's really a very fine white dot pattern, so it looks white from a distance but you can see through it. Or rather, around it.
