EDIT: ? Strangly although I bought TNP on that day (May 11th), I didn't keep any SW related article from it although I got the TODAY Weekend ones.

Ay toot clare, dun insult CCS... according to my knowledge, there is no such person in Card Captor Sakura, which by the way is a 'girls' manga and anime series drawn by the wonderful artists of Clamp...

I think DE meant some other definition of CCS...

It depends which one you are looking at right? the american version is totally different from the japanese version.

In the American version it is Lee Shaoran, for the japanese version, it is Li Syaoran... so ya, it depends really...

Well, basically, there are 2 versions of CCS, the american version and the japanese version... Knowing how the americans like to personalise stuff, they changed a few things around including the names... So basically, the (cute) guy's name in the american version is spelt as Lee SHaoran... While the japanese version is Li SYaoran...

Geddit??? Geddit??? HAAAAAIIZZ...

 

And unfortunately, the American dubber/producer also reduced the length of the CCS anime. Nearly every week I check back with the episode sypnosis provided by a fan and I keep seeing missing scenes.

Guess some things don't change (for your info, back in the late 1970s & early 1980s, the American dubber/producer cut and reshuffle many Anime from Japan that some times, the storyline change completely like in the case of Robotech).

 

YEEEEEESSSSSSSS... That is why I don't really follow the american version showing on kids central... And the seiyuu they use are so horrible!!!! It makes me want to cringe everytime I hear them speaking.

And they changed the storyline a little bit. In the Japanese version these 2 kids are like bf/gf, but in the american version, they are cousins!!!!
