Well, Drazin, at least, wasn't a clone of Jango. He grew up on Bespin, and was recruited into the stormtrooper ranks.

I know all that, but I think if I were Fett, I'd feel more comfortable with my own kind and the majority of Stormtroopers are clones in one form or another, just like Fett is. Birds of a feather flock together.

The voice changed from the original version to the special edition. Why would they bother changing a voice that was so insignificant?

I always thought it was IG-88

I've just had a thought why Fett and the Stormtroopers were in that room when 3PO walked in. I think he walked in on them directly after Fett destroyed IG-88!

Nah, it wasn't the same room where IG-88 got destroyed.

It was Bob Dylan, getting ready for his Cloud City concert. ;)

"Ever since I was little, I've always wondered exactly who was saying that, since it doesn't sound anything like a stormtrooper. I eventually just assumed that it was an Imperial officer, and that stormtroopers were just present in the room, and that's why 3PO mentions them later."

    Ditto, same here. :)

    IKilled Sifo Dyas-

I thought exactly the same thing.

But then, when you listen to the sound the small bastards make when they tease Chewie,
you get the feeling that they may not even be able to speak basic.

Assuming it was this stormtrooper corporal as the card indicates,

    a) why was he hanging out in a droid junk pile?

    b) where was he when Chewie was there?

He would be hiding to avoid Rebel detection. Remember, Han and Leia had no idea that the Empire was on Bespin.

As for the carbonation chamber, not all of the Stormies could be in that at one time. It's quite small to fit all of the Stormies seen on film in it, plus he might've been one of the ones captured by Lando or escorting Han.

Maybe it was some one working for Cloud City.

He wasn't hanging out in the junk pile. It was a different room entirely. The room where Threepio got blasted had a bluish tint; the junk pile was all red/orange.
