Amph Who could beat Batman?

Even if he had time to plan I don't think the Punisher could beat Batman in a hand to hand fight, he just isn't skilled enough.

 

Wolverine got beat up by Molly.

I don't think he's kicking any ass for a while.

And he is the most varied written character ever. Half the time a bullet will take him down for a hour and then in the next issue he can regenerate from nothing.

 

I think Bruce could come up with something that would null wolvies' healing factor and then kick wolverings but. I'd like to see a nightwing vs batman no hold back match.

 

Depleted Promethium which is promethium combined with titanium and vanadium is nearly invulnerable. That's the closest to Adamantium. If it were combined with Kryptonian metal, it would be just as tough.

No, I just looked that up on Wikipedia. I didn't know any of that, except Promethium was considered similar to Adamantium.

I'm mildly surprised this has reached two pages. Easy answer is that no one beats Batman.

In any case, Batman could get a Mother Box easily enough, and that'd allow him to match Wolverine's healing factor.

Well, it has been acknowledged that he was beaten by Deathstroke and Lady Shiva. And even Batman admits that Richard Dragon could probably kick his ass. Bronze Tiger once took him out in an early encounter.

 

And Nightwing.

Nightwing could take him.

 

Debatable. While the student can surpass the teacher, it remains to be seen if Dick has surpassed Bruce in terms of skill. Nightwing is good at what he does, but we have yet to see if he can be what Batman is in terms of skills.

 

Well from Bruce's own opinion Nightwing could beat him if got over the mental block he's self imposed on himself. And plus when he went all out in the the Murderer arc.

 

We're talking without powers here. Not counting Batman's 'I'm undefeatable' aura of plot device.

 

While the Joker can't stand up to him in direct hand to hand combat (especially when in the Joker's case it's usually fist to face), I'd lay odds that he's the only one who may ever truly defeat Batman. If they ever decide to kill Bruce Wayne off, it would have to be by the Joker's hand. They're destinies are far too interwined for it to be anyone else.

 

Nightwings good, but I don't think he's currently good enough to beat Batman.

 

As long as Wolverine is on the table, I might as well throw in Deadpool. He could take down the Bat.

 

Deadpool is good. That would be an intense fight.

 

Chuck Norris would kill Batman.

Potential spoiler: Actually in the new JLA 8 Batman mentions that Clark thinks Karate Kid is a better fighter than Bruce. So of course Bats punches Karate Kid in the face because he "enjoys proving Clark wrong".

I was going to talk about that. Karate Kid is considered a 15, while Batman is a 12. Yet he identified the style Karate Kid was using and since he knows how to block it, he was able to do so.

 

Very informative Website, tells you alot about his skills.

 

In all fairness, Karate Kid was getting the better of Batman, who was getting pretty beat up, while Karate Kid was unharmed. However, Batman put Karate Kid into a position where Batman's ally could get the job done. Which shows better situational awareness and grasp of tactics, if less raw fighting skill.
