NorthEast who decided on the map break up here??

    Ok who failed geography (and history) and decided that VA is in the Northeast??? I am new to the state but all i hear is the fact that vA is SOUTH....could this be the reason there is so little interest in VA boards??? I mean it took stumbling onto a va board here to realize that they were included somewhere at all.

    And Could i get a show of who reading here is from near Richmond???
