I prefer the X-Wing comics over the books though - after the first story arc. The books had their high points, though.

Yeah, thats the only series in the Star Wars books I HAVENT yet read. I gotta get on the ball and read them, before Entropy flails me with a spoon. :)

I heard that the short lived Tick live action series is coming to DVD. We should check that out, Entropy. :)

The comic books were good, but no Corran Horn or Oorll

I'ld like to see those (Tick DVD). I missed them when they came out on TV. I think they were in a time slot where I already had a show I watched regularly.

As for the comics, I've been buying up the trades (and back issues from eBay when I can't find the trade), but I haven't read them yet.

I've noticed lately that I haven't had much time for reading. I still need to finish the book Lodreh loaned me. I'm currently about half way through.

jkg_vader, but there was Bib Fortuna's brain in a jar...

True, Fortuna was in a Jar, BUT he got out, AND I honestly don't think that the plots or the stories were as good. They always seemed so quick and hurried. I did like them a lot, I just liked the books more.

(uses Jedi mind trick) You WILL enjoy the comics more than the books. You WILL put that X-Wing book down. You WILL read and ENJOY the comic. You WILL have a nice day tomorrow...

Hope I'm not using my powers for evil.... hee hee snicker snicker snort.. hee hee..

Thats going to have about as much effect on her putting those down, as it would a toydarian or a hutt, buddy. Give it up. :)

Toydarians, Hutts & Gungans do my bidding WITHOUT the Force... they kinda like me.

But J-9 is a Twi-Lek, not a Toydarian or a Hutt. Bisides Joe-da, Wampa's can't use the Jedi mind trick.
