Who doesn't want to be an Admin or Mod.

Why do so many people want to become Admins. or Mods. You might think its a good job but its probably really hard to handle.

If I became Admin or Moderator I'd ban people left and right, which means I'd probably be removed from office by the end of my first day. So, why not spare myself the pain in the neck and NOT seek the position in the first place?

 

It is my belief that modship is very similar to the rings in LOTR. Mortal men are to weak to be trusted with such powers. Eventually the power will corrupt them, as has been shown.

 

I wouldnt mind being a mod here, but I''m already one elsewhere and I wouldnt have enough time for both. But I still wouldnt pass up the chance to be a mod here.

Well, seeing as what happens to SOME mods, I'd say that modship *is* like the Ring of Power. But that's why I thought SotS was such a cool mod, he wasn't corrupt.

 

It's like the Ring of Power, but its Tefloness runs out and then you get banned.
