Of course, if someone was a big enough fan to have a personalized license plate, you would think that he would be more involved on the boards, right?

This guy in my CIS105 class did a PowerPoint Presentation on ADM vs Intel. The entire presen. was tied into Star Wars, and a battle between good and evil. He had video clips on every slide, tying then into the struggle between the companies. It was pure genius! Everything he has done in that class has tied to SW. I asked him if he was in the PFF, and he said no. I asked why, he replied, "I don't do that kinda thing." The nerve! Why wouldn't he? *sniff* Are we not good enough or something? CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG??!!

 

they are the ones who are missing out. they don't understand how truly cool and fun you guys are.

I ran into people like that when I was picking up the DVD. They were there, picking up the DVD on opening day, and when told about the PFF, they said "I don't do the fan thing."

Heh, it seems as though we've come off as a little extreme. i'm not sure where that would've come from.

 

I dont know if extreme would be the right word, insane maybe.

 

They just don't know how cool it is to have people to play with, who like the same stuff and are lots of fun. They might not be ready to embrace their inner geek yet. We can only be here to help them when they need us.

Easy--get really bored one day and start looking at the old threads from the beginning of the fanforce.

Speaking of--is the auto-pruning off for our board? Or can we archive some of the threads (like when we became an official fanforce, for example) somewhere?

 

i'm pretty sure it got turned off...we forgot it at first, and it cut us deep, otherwise we would be around denvers number for posts...

 

I turned it off. KW can check and see for sure.
