DFW, TX who is going? sci-fi expo this weekend

this being the last big opportunity for face-to-face recruitment before ep2, we are busting our butts to make it a good show.

we got tables
we got badges
we got flyers to hand out

but what we really need is YOU!
so who all is gonna be there?

I won't be there for once (then again I'm usually too busy to help at the table, anyway)... funds're really tight right now and I would rather go to the May show since February doesn't have much...

I can't wait to see Ray!!!! Wooo!

S'okay, Bev. Setup starts on Saturday morning at 6:30am. Now, before you scream, don't worry, I don't think any of us are that crazy. The show starts at 11, but I'm not going to be there any earlier than 9, so probably any time after that.

Everyone else that signed up to help--head's up--we're going to need you by 10am for setup and getting ready to sell badges (we start selling before the show opens).

 

This will be my first convention, and I'm certainly looking forward to it! Can't wait! See y'all there!

 

Ok..I only have the movie burned onto a CD in a Quicktime format, I couldn't get it dubbed over to a VHS...messa sorry

I just wanted to know...who all wants the CD...please let me know sometime today so that I can make all of the Jewel Case inserts (last day the color printer will be open before the weekend)

If you'd like to order a shirt or are on the pre-order list but did not pay, please bring the funds this weekend when you stop by the DFW FanForce table at the Sci-Fi Expo & Toy Show this weekend, and we'll get together a second shirt order.

There is also a small quantity of shirts available for sale to non-members this weekend.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support our tables at the show this weekend!

Though it was a small show, we managed to make a small amount on badge sales, and a few members were able to sell their collectibles. Also, the Girl Scout cookies were a popular item all weekend. We also aired many STAR WARS-related videos, such as the amusing R2-D2: Beneath the Dome mockumentary.
