This is such a HARD question!

Obviously, Michael Jordan is the greatest player of the modern era... however, MJ being the greatest player of all... hmmm, I am not so sure.

In the end, I voted for Wilt Chamberlain. After all, he averaged 50+ points per game in one season, and scored 100 points in a game.

However, it is also hard to go past Oscar Robertson, who is the only player to average a triple double in a season.

Jordan is the greatest player ever. The Big O and Wilt are close 2nd and 3rd.

Grrrr, I cant believe you guys dont have Kobe Bryant in there. He mathches up and surpasses more than half the people in their. It still brings a smile on my face what Kobe did to Michael Jordan on his last basketball game. Wow he embaressed him scoring over 54 points, He stole th e ball from him multple times, etc. Kobe is and will always be the greatest.

    Michael Jordan.
Then Magic Johnson, then Larry Bird, then Tim Duncan, then Shaq (my favorite player).

Is this college or pro or overall? I picked "The Pistol" since he was amazing at LSU and was way ahead of his time.

Larry, definitely. For a guy with very little physical attributes (especially compared to the others on the list), what he did is amazing.

IMO, Shaq's the only active player deserving of being on the list.

    Michael Jordan. Easily.

However, it will be interesting to judge after LeBron James has finished his career. People have been saying for a long time that he could be as good as Jordan.
