Certainly none of them qualify as best Rachel from Batman. Maybe we could retitle this thread, "Who is least inferior to Katie Holmes?"

Lessee... he was just in City Slickers, so... short?

I was once firmly in Maggie's camp, but Jake's been on fire of late. Prisoners/Enemy/Nightcrawler is just a really strong set of movies and he's great in all of them (best, I think, in Prisoners). And, while it's not much of a movie, he's excellent in Southpaw as well. I think I've changed sides on this one.

 

I've had a thing for Maggie since Donnie Darko. Leave me alone.

 

Tell that to Christopher Nolan.

 

I've never been a fan, per se, but Stranger Than Fiction... damn, girl. Impressive.

I thought she was good in The Honorable Woman.

 

There's a movie called this? Really? It sounds excellent.

 

I believe Wocky may like her in the Secretary.



The way she listens to her boss and performs as required is a very honourable stance for her character.

Though probably an unpopular opinion, I agree with this. Having watched Begins and TDK obsessively, I think Maggie's performance is glaringly inferior to the rest of the cast, whereas Holmes conveyed a stronger character.

 

An enjoyable romp of a movie, but I can see Wocky having an issue with Dastans approach to authority and not listening to his father.


That being said, I'd happily take another as it was actually a decent film.
