    Vader is definetely THE villain.

    He looks like Death incarnate, he kills a lot of people (for no real reason - in my opinion)

    Jar-Jar!!! But since he wasn't on the list I'd say Darth Vader... The question was after all who was the BEST villain, not the most evil...

    Best villian is Darth Vader, period. The emporer doesn't have enough screen time to be more evil. All's we've seen of him is manipulation and force lighting Luke. Vader has killed countless X-Wings, force choked his own Officers when they make a mistake, talk about being scared of your boss-one mistake and your dead.

    Vader is the ultimate villain. I was reading an article in some magazine 3 or so months ago and they had the top 25 villains that made it good to be bad. Darth Vader was #1.
