I used to hate that haircut . . . and then I realized that as long as he's got those eyes, his hairstyle is unimportant.

I actually still hate the AOTC haircut (except when it's all slicked back as in the above pic)...I'm not even that crazy about Obi's look in TPM...it's his ROTS look that takes the top spot (by far) for me!

At least the posts in this thread are tamer than at least a couple of posts I can think of in the corresponding "hottest female" thread...

I agree...Wedge is underrated! It's hard to find a good pic of him without his helmet, but I think this one is pretty good:

Yeah, I couldn't find any good stills of Wedge. I think a lot of his hotness comes from when he's smoking people in dogfights.

I always loved this one. Mark actually shared a lovely tidbit about this scene at CEII Essen a couple of months ago. He said, when he heard and read how the celebration scene will be he noticed Wedge's name is absent from the list of participants. He thought the character did a great service for the Alliance and it would be a pity if he was left out of the final scenes so he contacted the people in charge to include Denis Lawson too. And apparently, thsi is how he came to dance with ewoks.

One thing I always loved about the EU is how Luke's and Wedge's friendship was depicted.

 

It was nice that Wedge was the only bit character that survived the entire OT.
