    As I'm reading this book at the moment, not knowing that it was in the process of being made into a film,it was quite a surprise to find out.Here the news(for those who dont know)

    A month after receiving an offer, it looks like Natalie Portman will join the cast of ''Cold Mountain," the adaptation of Charles Frazier's best-selling Civil War novel. She joins an already high-powered cast that includes Nicole Kidman, Renée Zellweger, Jude Law, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Giovanni Ribisi, Kathy Baker, and Brendan Gleeson. ''The English Patient'''s Anthony Minghella will direct the movie, which shoots next month. The role, a pregnant country gal, shouldn't be too big a stretch for Portman, who played a rural expectant mother in ''Where the Heart Is,'' and who plays the future mom of Luke and Leia in the current ''Star Wars'' trilogy.

    I've just read the most amazing chapter, coincedence that Nats in it.
    Its gona be really interesting to see how Jude Law & Ntalie interact, I wont spoil anything for yoos peoples.

    the sexiest "lady" in the SW universe was the Millenuim Falcon.
    Han was always pleading with her ("come on baby, hold together...")and you know that Leia was always going to have to compete with that beloved Corellian freighter that i would liken to a Lada in terms of reliability.

    Never read that book, but from what I've heard... Natalie doesn't do any love scenes if that's what you're waiting to see. :D

    Unless she decided she's now old enough to do it. :)

    If you want a good book, try The Ark of the People by W. J. Corbett - I haven't actually read it yet, but it's a children's book and on the back the quote from The Daily Telegraph newspaper is "... a cross between Watership Down and Battlestar Galactica." ?[face_plain] :p

    Not everything is about Love Scenes Lil Lisa. All you girls are the same, just sex sex sex on the brain. :D
    The chapter that I just read with Nats part is very good, I cant explain it, you just have to read it. Be good to see her in a role where she can really start to do some acting the likes of which we last saw in The Professional.

    han renamede the falcon and gave it hull plating that didnt reflect light e.g. stealth armor. after chewbacca died.

    The Professional is smooth alright....however i found it disturbing trying too look at Natalie Portman who is all of 12 in the film as anythign other than a small child as opposed to a stunnigly sexy young woman.
