Wasn't Darth Plagueis the largest shareholder of the IGBC?

They were also the smartest, drew the biggest crowds, and totally won the popular vote if you don't count all those Rebels who voted.

I would like to bring up Ysanne Isard and Tarkin. Both were probably obscenely rich.

The Gunrays were probably pretty rich.

I imagine the Fel Dynasty was rich.

The ancient Sith probably were pretty darn rich as well.

If the trade federation has its own senate delegation and private army than its pretty rich.

    No I'm not doubting that.

I'm snorting coffee through my nose at the image of the Gunray family reunion. Nute Gunray. Granny Gunray. Bunch of little Gunrays. They probably sit around on holidays giving out those money cards with deeds to planets.

I'm now picturing an 80s sitcom opening credits sequence, Growing Pains/FamilyTies/Full House/Too Many Cooks style, filled with Neimoidians.

I never got the impression Vader was at all concerned with Jabba. He goes through with freezing Han, after all. All he says is that if Han dies, the Empire will compensate Fett.

I tend to view Prince Xizor as the richest person in the galaxy after Palpatine and Vader but I am of the mind he's very likely working through many proxy organizations. He's supposed to be Space Blofeld versus Palpatine's Space Hitler and Vader's Space Ringwraith/Doctor Doom.

I do think Baron Tagge may well be one of those people because he owns Tagge Co. One of the galaxy's largest businesses.

Tarkin may also be up there since his family owns Eriadu.

Raith Sienar should definitely be up there as the Space Tony Stark.

Probably not the richest, but Boba Fett was said to be immensely wealthy, apparently by investing in real estate alongside his bounty hunting.

Do Neimodians even have families? I thought the closest they'd get to something resembling a family-member are "sibling-grubs" from the same hive?

Considering how often real estate gets blown up in the GFFA, that doesn't look like a very good idea. :D

Maybe his experience in blowing stuff up has given him insight into which properties are likely to NOT get blown up, which have all increased greatly in value as a result of other places blowing up.

I'm gonna go with the banking clan leaders or even Palpatine himself. I'd expect him to keep some cash on the side.

Yes as I said before, Plagueis was the largest shareholder of the Banking Clan.

Ace, the smuggler PC from SWTOR, gets to be quite wealthy. I think it could be him.

I found that to be a fun part of his story as it was so different from the other main SWTOR stories.

Or, it could be Legends Bail, who funded the entire Rebel Alliance.

Hego Damask is another one who comes to mind - he did pay for the clone army.

Raith Sienar. Everything uses a Sienar system somewhere, even the refresher.

Who, if they recanonize the Bane series, is probably Darth Bane, because of that spirit transfer skill.

Boba Fett actually isn't that rich, being a professional bounty hunter and Mandalorian it probably requires he spend most of his money maintaining/updating his equipment and so on. So much so that he struggles to keep even.

I imagine the Valorum's racked up quite a lot of moola as well.
