Joey and Rachel were the only funny cast members for the later half of that series. Period. They weren't witty funny. They were amusing funny. Chandler was not in any way funny, at all. Period.

I will add that the show pretty much sucked during the second half of the series. But then again, for clever humour it could never even come near to something like Seinfeld.

 

Friends wasn't about wit, and it wasn't realistic. At all. It was just silly.

 

Oh come on! Coffee house waitresses pull down the $$$!

I thought Friends was excellent for seasons 1 - 4, and then lulled for seasons 5 - 9, and the last season was almost very good again.

 

It was funny up until Chandler and Monica got together, whichever season that was. The Chandler/Joey duo being broken up at that point and Chandler losing his funny. I didn't watch the last season so I can't comment.

Seinfeld > Frasier

 

I think that it really picked up around the middle of Season 2 and stayed that way about until Rachel got pregnant. Then it went downhill again; however, I still love the series. Season 10 was iknda sads because it was the last one and they all started making futures apart from the others (Monica and Chandler moving, Rachel almost moving to Paris, Phoebe getting married. Thank goodness they didn't completely mess it up by saying anything about Joey going to CA.

My favorite has to be Rachel. I am confident enough in my sexuality to say that Jennifer Aniston is hawt. (Brad Pitt was crazy to leave her for Angelina Jolie!)

Really hard picking between Rachel, Chandler and Joey, but I gave Rachel some love.

 

Monica, because it's like the writers knew my sister when they designed that character.

 

I think Chandler is the only half way normal guy.

Chandler. He's so funny.

 

They're all great in their own freaky ways, but Monica seems the most familiar to me and is more easy to relate to than the others.
