Anakin/Darth Vader and Mace. I felt really bad for Anakin him, plus with those yellow eyes he looked so cool when he turned to the dark side. And Mace because he did a great job of fighting Sidious, but I felt bad for him too when he was killed.

I'd have to say it's a down the middle tie between Lord Sidious and Master Yoda. Those two were the most artistic in character development (Sidious' manipulations and Yoda's wise outlook) and fighting style. That fueled the film's better portions. I disliked Obi-Wan in this film, and that's hard to say given his notoriety. It just seemed like he was there to be there, a random Jedi used as a tool to advance the plot. Given it's the last prequel film that's very disappointing. Same goes for Padme- so much crooning and not enough of her earlier qualities. And as for Mace Windu... he was gipped in the end of his run. All I have to say about that.

I'd probably say Mace Windu, since he beat Palpatine.

Obi-Wan in ROTS, Obi-Wan in AOTC, Qui-Gon in TPM (only because Obi-Wan had such a small part -- too bad prolly would have made that movie 10 times better in my view if his part had been bigger).

Obi-Wan is I believe the ultimate Jedi and one of the most beloved heroes in cinematic history. The sales of Obi-Wan action figures is always the highest in the Prequel series as was Han Solo and Luke back in the Original trilogy.

    after that, Yoda.

And Ewan's portrayal of our hero is 20 times more popular than Alec's was back when. I never cared that much about Obi-Wan until the Prequel's came along.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, simply because Ewan managed to capture the awesome screen presence Alec Guinness had. I felt in TPM, Liam Neeson had the noble screen presence. In AOTC, no one had it really, maybe Yoda, but Obi was still growing up himself and everyone was all over the place. In ROTS, Ewan's presence is felt whenever he's on the screen. Although his jokes were dead on arrival in the beginning of the movie. "Spring the trap.." That is probably the scripts fault.

    After Obi, Palpatine was awesome.

Anakin (Hayden did an amazing performance!)
Obi-Wan (Ewan is my favourite actor of all time!)
    Palpatine (Ian was fantastic!)

It´s a tie-fighter between the three of them!

Without a doubt, Anakin. (Hey I'm a sucker for Sith Eyes) [face_batting] Just kidding. No seriously Hayden was amazing. Love the way he slaughtered The Separatists, the March to the Jedi Temple, and right before The Duel ("You will not take her from me!!!) PERFECT.

    Second: Obi-Wan.

It has to be Mace. The way Mace manhandled Sidious throughtout their fight. Mace would've won fair and square, if it wasn't for Anakin. Mace was a BADASS!!!
