ST Who is your favorite character of the ST?

Who is your favorite character of The Last jedi?

Master Yoda, because he was enjoyable and the only one that I felt that was completely in character.

 

I liked Luke and close behind came Rey and Kylo. Kylo's grown on me. It was nice to see Yoda again. The others lag far behind.

Luke, Kylo, Rey with great support from Yoda, Snoke & ...Hux. The others were just solid IMO.

 

I was so happy to vote for multiple characters I initially checked almost all of them but narrowed it down to Rey, Luke, Kylo, and Poe. As much as I love TFA, Poe doesn't have a lot to do in it, so I really like his arc in TLJ.

 

DJ. The only character that made sense.

I felt sorry for Kylo.

It's a huge testament to RJ that I really have a hard time answering this question.

Kylo and Rey I both enjoyed far more than I did in TFA. Same goes for Leia, and even Poe. I loved Luke's trajectory.

I really dug the new characters DJ and Holdo.

This is the first film that I enjoyed BB8 (though they took him over the top).

The only new character I'm on the fence about is Rose. Finn took a hit; he was definitely better utilized in TFA. This wasn't the best highlight for 3PO, R2, Maz and Chewie (TFA was one of my favorite Chewie films).

 

Leia was a much stronger character in TLJ, as opposed to TFA. I voted for Poe and Luke. Poe as the hothead was great. I like how Luke had turned into a snarkier version of how Yoda was in Empire. Finn definitely regressed, but I don't think Rey regressed as much as they kind of left her character in limbo.

Kylo really came into his own in this film, he did what Vader could only do by self sacrifice - he killed his master.

I loved that and it sets up a HUGE finale in Ep9.

 

I'm going off the beaten path and am saying Rose. I thought she was charming. She was like Frodo in LOTR, an unlikely hero.

Poe and Leia are my favorites in this particular film.

I really liked Luke, too. Though I feel like I’m in the minority on this.

Voted Ben Solo (or Kylo Ren if you prefer). Easily my favorite character, and any time he was on-screen I was riveted. Finn and Rose are easily the worst characters for me. Even though I didn't like Holdo's storyline, I still found her interesting.

 

Kylo. He's giving Vader a run for his money in terms of who the most interesting SW villain is. Adam Driver does the part masterfully.
