Who is your favorite Lord Of The Rings character?

Aragorn, the perfect King. His character has amazing depth, his internal struggle is mesmerizing to watch. And the love story...

I need to watch that now!

 

Aragorn, because he's humble: he doesn't want to be a king for power or glory; he doesn't seem to really want to be a king at all: but he accepts it as his duty for the good Middle Earth.

 

Gandalf kicks some serious ass!

edit: Gandalf the Grey that is. Gandalf the White just irritated me most of the time

 

Éowyn dauther of Éomund. Though I do like Faramir quite a bit.

I like most of the characters in those movies. Ringwraiths are pretty amazing though.

(Then again, so is Gandalf...and Aragorn...oh and Legolas...you get the idea. )

 

I picked Frodo. I've been told I look a bit like him.

I'll just add to the already many people who have stated that they like many characters. And also to those that have listed: Gandalf, Legolas and Aragorn. They would be my three as well.

And I agree partly with Zebra, Gandalf the Grey was much better than Gandalf the White. Although I didn't find him annoying or anything when he was White, just that Gandalf in FoTR was very cool.

...it's really an ensemble cast that does an excellent job though. Hard to single 'em out. Just because I picked Gandalf doesn't mean I dislike the others?I like them all.

 

Samwise was the true hero of the story,we all know it

 

I like Jimbo Baggins, Frodo's redneck cousin. Number two would probably be Legolas.

 

Other - as in, I don't like Lord of the Rings very much.

 

Aragorn. He's just cool

 

Faramir, poor Faramir whose character gets mostly cut out of the movies. But he is one of my favorites from the books.

Followed pretty closely by Aragorn.

 

I voted for Gimli. He's the dwarf, right?
