Who is your favorite Lord Of The Rings character?

hmmm... well I'll have to say:

Gandalf because he's THE BEST Wizard of all Middle Earth.

Aragorn because he's cute, he is soft spoken, and has a good heart.

Frodo because he bears such a heavy burden and resists until he can resist no more.

Sam because he's steadfast, loyal, and strong headed.

Faramir because he's cute, humble, soft spoken, and has an open heart.

Merry & Pippin because they make such a hilarious team.

Eowyn [of course] because she killed a Nazgul, inspires me to reach beyond my limits, and married Faramir.

Arwen because she's genuine and has heart felt compassion that all Elves should have.

Haldir because he's cute, Marchwarden, regal, noble, and has a royal air about him.

Galadriel because she's just so... well... I can't explain Cate Blanchett in one paragraph!!

Gimli because he reminds me of loyalty to friends.

And last, but certainly NOT LEAST: Legolas Greenleaf because he's the cutest of them all, graceful, light-footed, has a sense of humor, and speaks his mind.

After having watched the whole trilogy, my choice has to be Aragorn, closely followed by Gandalf.

 

Other - Bilbo Baggins.

I read The Hobbit when I was younger and just loved Bilbo. So when I read Lord the Rings when the films came out I was delighted to see Bilbo return.

But Gandalf the Grey is very very close behind, along with the major baddies like Sauron (without him LOTR wouldn't exist), The Witch-King of Angmar and Saruman the White.

Eowyn. She's the only character to personally and permanently destroy one of the Nazgul. Granted, she has Merriadoc Brandybuck for backup, but she does have the strength to stand up to the leader of the Nazgul, behead his winged beast, dodge his attacks for longer than most of the Rohirrim could have hoped to, and then take the first clear opening to kill him.
