Who?s your favorite Indy character other than Indy himself?

I always liked Belloq...the soulful villain.

 

Quick aside about the pilot who played Jock: He happened to be in hawaii for the filming of Jurassic Park and helped evacuate the production after the hurricane hit there.

 

Soulful? he was the most unsufferable rear end in the entire series.

 

He's smarter than Indy. He speaks Hovito (love that line!)

 

Belloq is not without redeeming qualities. Paul Freeman manage to bring some humanity to what could have been a two dimensional role. He is protective of Marion (but only up to a point) and his speech about the Ark being history is moving. He was misguided by greed like so many other villains.

 

shorty...heh. he made me smirk, laugh and well his character interaction with Indy just made me feel something for the kid. You know the part when Indy wasn't himself when he hit Shorty across the face and the part when later on, they hug. awe.

 

Henry Jones all the way although i love shorty too: "hey lady, u call him Dr. Jones!"

 

Dr. Elsa Schneider for obvious reasons.

 

Belloq was always one of my favorite Indy characters. Sallah's a close second.

 

Sallah is good, too, but Belloq's better.

 

I honestly can't choose. I love Sallah, Short Round, Henry Jones, and Marcus all.
