    Yeah, me too!

"Mother, I come bearing a gift. I'll give you a hint. It's in my diaper and it's not a toaster."

Okay, it's not quite that.....but close.

It was terrible out today working in the heat. When did it decide to get so hot? Yikes.

Dont you just love how it goes from the low 60's to 90 in a day?

    Nope?

    Me neither.

When we hit 130 in the shade, then I'll complain. I'm still used to "alternate" weather. ;)

I can only imagine. Do you at least have AC in the classrooms?

Gym class outside during this time of year is usually brutal because of the heat.

Nope. At good ol' Metuchen High the only rooms that have AC are the library and the computer lab.

I have a room AC in my apartment (Boston Rebel making his first post here, BTW), but I'm not quite sure how well it's still working. I tend to like it pretty warm anyway.

You all can shut up about the heat. You don't KNOW heat and humidity until you live here in Florida during the summer. :p

It's about time you posted here, Richie!! :)

Natasha, I've been to Florida AND Texas in the dead of summer.

You can all shut up about heat. Trust me, Texas in the dead of summer is NOT FUN. But I really want to move there. LMAO.

Thanks for the welcome, Marie. :D

I usually don't post much outside of the Boston and Games boards (and on the Games board only when there's X-Wing Alliance news like new OPTs {models} to report), but I'll contribute where I can. You guys have a "Random" thread like on the Boston board? [face_laugh]

I should let you guys know that I have ties to the "Garden State": I have an aunt and uncle living in the township of Delran (outside of Philadelphia), and I'm sure their sons still live in NJ as well. :D

It's like Six Degrees of Jersey Separation, Richie! [face_laugh]

We don't have a Random Thread, maybe we should. [face_thinking]
