Lit Who Will Be The Next Legends Character Made Canon?

Fordo and Alpha and Ordo and Omega Squad and Delta Squad (Not Baker Squad). All the cool clones!

 

Delta Squad appeared in an episode of TCW, so they're still canon.

 

I feel like the canon clones are pretty solid to be honest and would prefer Traviss' work stay in Legends.

The Clone Wars gave us Rex, Fives, Echo, Hevy, Waxer, Boil, Wolffe, Jesse, Kix, and expanded on Cody, Bly, and others. And honestly--the character development and depth of those clone stories far surpasses what Traviss did IMO while also remaining true to the spirit of the era and Star Wars all the same.

Delta Squad remains canon. As far as Republic clone commandos go, that's good enough for me.

 

I'm aware. I just want them to appear in an important manner and NOT be voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

 

What's wrong with Baker?

 

One of the absolute best parts of Republic Commando is that each clone has a unique voice. Having the same person voice each Delta ruins them.

 

But, they're clones. As the films established, they all share a voice. Even deformed clones like 99, and the Bad Batch, all of them still have Jango's voice (or more accurately Temuera Morrisons', which Baker was attempting to recreate).

 

Is it not possible for a person to talk in different voices? Last time I checked voice acting was a thing. Different clones have different accents. They try to sound unique.

 

Baker does give the clones subtly difference voices. Rebels Gregor compared to Rex is a good example of this.
