No doubts about it whatsoever, even though they've had a recent form slump. They are the team to beat, and the two-time reigning champions. :D

A discussion or celebratory ( :p) thread on the Cricket World Cup can be found here. I encourage anyone interested to check it out. You can also predict the winners here - and you could even get colours for that!

I voted England, because perhaps, just perhaps, their one day side is coming into form at just the right time, and for once they have a bit of positive psychology on their side when it comes to the Aussies.

I know less than nothing about cricket :p but I figured I'd earn brownie points with all the Aussies here by saying that they will :p

Australia *may* win, but they'll have to get past South Africa to do it, I reckon.

Australia will win and then their large contingent on these boards will have even larger egos. If that were possible :p

As much as I think Australia is going to win, I've been getting a good feeling about the West Indies lately, so I voted for them.
