Liberal's going to need an act of God to win this election now, so my money's on Labour. ;)

Why do you think an act of God is needed... because of the Dean stuff-up?

That's a large part of it. The ALP has also kept stability, which is a large part of what voters are looking for. They haven't seriously stuffed up while in power, whereas the Liberals have screwed up before they even got there. It's definitely an uphill battle for them.

Labor may exhibit stability, but that's because they've basically done nothing since they got in. They're just riding on the boom that Kennet started.

Stability, may be good, but under Labor, stability means the state is going nowhere. Jeff had initiative, he fixed up this place and made it the best state in Australia to live in.

I look at it as Liberal being progressive but often excessive, and Labor being stable but VERY boring.

    ALL POWER TO BRACKS!

Ah, come on, Doyle? The man is a phony with no interest in his people. I know this for a fact, "i have contacts". Bracksy, on the other hand, is a champion.

Doyle sounds like he speaks with a silver spoon in his mouth.

No Gath, it's because his head is up his... nevermind

But Labor will win because the alternative isn't viable. Despite this, the Greens will put on a good show, they're set to win quite a few supporters because they actually provide some alternative policies!

Like legalising marijuana. I've heard Bob Brown say this in person.

If he actually made a commitment to this, I'd vote for him.

Labor will easily win, and only the morons in the Western Suburbs would be STUPID enough to believe a word that the pompous, arrogant and moronically snide Doyle says, and they will all be diehard labor supporters anyway.

Green's will eat up some inner city seats and perhaps even some shoreland rural seats, whilst the nationals and labour will vie for regional Victoria.

but make no mistake: Bracks will lead this state once more. Why? Because not even Victorian's are stupid enough to invite the social segregation, economic destitution and unemployment levels of the Kennett era happening again.

Good luck Bracksy, top stuff Bob Brown, my H-FRIC win in 2004!!

It looks as though Labour is the most popular political party in this state, in this forum, so far!
