Deffinately and totaly Revan.

 

The boogeyman of Star Wars himself, Exar Kun. He is a badass, plain and simple.

 

I gotta go with Exar Kun too...

 

Come on, in an alternate universe (the dark side ending of KotoR), Revan took over the galaxy. Exar Kun couldn't do that. Revan stands with the Emporer as ultra powerful.

 

Well the Dark ending isn't "canon", so we call safely rule that out.
And Force power isn't really measured in how much of the Universe you've conquered.
By your standards Kyle Katarn should be as powerful as Revan and Palpatine since in the Dark ending of Jedi Knight he Conquered the galaxy too.

I havn't seen any stats for Revan or anything describing him/her since its different for everyone. So the power of someone like Revan can't really be justified. Much like the Exile and Jaden Corr.

IMO Exar Kun is the most powerful Sith Lord up untill the Point where Darth Sidious reaches his zenith.
