That yellow speeder looks nothing like simon greyshade's ship.

So I will have to wait and see if it's really said to be greyshade's speeder in some upcoming EU material.

 

Well, I'd say that's sort of debatable. Both are yellow, sure. Both are fairly sleak looking too. Obviously speeder and spacecraft companies are not the same. I suppose Mr. Greyshade just likes sleak, yellow vehicles.

 

I wonder if Simon used to hit on Padme in the senate...he certainly liked hitting on her daughter!

 

Ummm... perhaps Leia is Simon Greyshade's daughter.

Still needs official confirmation though, will be nice if it's true.

Personally, I'd prefer to see Valance show up. He was, in my opinion, the best new character the Marvel series produced.

Than again, maybe Jaxxon could show up, just to shock everyone.

 

Why should they show up in Episode II? Both of them would be about ten or twelve.

Do we know the exact ages of Valance or Jaxxon? They could be older than we think. Valance could very well be in his twenties as of AotC. For all we know, he could have joined the Empire and become one of the first stormtroopers.

Possibly. Though he must have been quite an experienced soldier by the time he became a bounty hunter. Wasn't it an x-wing fighter that scarred his face? They weren't around until a year or two before A New Hope.

 

If memory serves, the story is that Valance was an experienced Imperial soldier who was badly injured by a Rebel airborne torpedo attack. He survived, but his new status as a 'borg guaranteed his discharge.
Given his appearance in the comics (he has some gray hair and looks in his forties), he'd probably be a cadet or young soldier during the PT.

As for Jaxxon, he's a rabbit, for Pete's sake! I'd just like to have him show up in order to witness the fits of on-line apoplexy that would result.

Sorry, not the sailer, I meant the ship Anakin and Padme use to get to Geonosias.

 

Marvel connections are always fun.

 

Crimson Jack might be an interesting addition.

 

I'm not a huge EU fan but I think it is cool that it is becoming a more uniform universe

 

Crimson Jack is dead. I wouldn't find scenes he's in to be all that interesting, if he were to make an NJO appearance, for example:

Han Solo: So, you've returned Crimson Jack!
Dead Crimson Jack: ...
Han Solo: Come back to get your revenge on me?
Dead Crimson Jack: ...
Han Solo: Are you still ticked about Jolli's betrayal?
Dead Crimson Jack: ...
Han Solo: You know, I was faster the last time we met, I don't think you want to try it again.
Dead Crimson Jack: ...
Han Solo: By the way, you're looking a bit thinner these days, kind of gaunt. And what's with the smell?!
Dead Crimson Jack: ...

 

Crimson Jack was certainly alive during Episode II, though.
