Stormtroopers are people too!

 

I foresee the Wilhelm during this particular scene.

 

I'm gonna go against the grain here and not use the one and only action scene we have from trailer#2 and I'll say it'll be one of the pirates that we haven't seen yet in the battle on the freighter that we haven't seen yet.
So in essence, the willhelm will come from an unknown character in an unknown scene.

One and only action scene shown? You mean the hanger? Are you forgetting about Finn and Rey running away from Ties strafing on Jakku? As well as a few scenes that may be from the village assault on Jakku with Kylo Ren (fire raging in the background) as well. By my count there's at least 3 clips of action scenes in trailer 2.

Not to mention action scenes featuring X-Wings, Tie Fighters, the Falcon...etc.Though I wouldn't expect to hear a Wilhelm scream during a fighter scene.

Though Tie fighters have always sounded like the, "Howie scream," to me.

 

What I really mean is we've seen what, not even 2 minutes of footage, and everyone seems to think the willhelm scream will be used in amongst that 2 minutes of footage.

 

On the contrary, I believe it will be heard during a scene not seen in the 2 minutes of footage.

 

I could do without it, to be honest. It's been used so often since, and it just takes me out of the film. Too self-aware, as Star Wars shouldn't be.

Holy cow man so Bob is a chameleon on top of being the most powerful Jedi ever. His human form doesn't really look like someone you'd trust though. Actually he likes like someone from a most wanted ad for computer crimes or something lol

 

I don't disagree.There's a whole lot of movie to fit the scream into beyond the trailer.

But Stormtroopers flying in the air after a big explosion really seems to beg for a good Wilhelm.

Well, if he does the Wilhelm, he might not be random anymore as the credits might list him as "Wilhelm Stormtrooper".

 

Hoggsquattle Most troopers go uncredited, so that's not likely.

 

Really? I thought they used all get their names in the credits.

Not individually, of course, but as a group - "Stormtroopers played by ..." or some such.
