For pure aesthetic value, my favorite is Jeremy Bulloch's autograph on my ESB 15th anniversary Boba Fett mylar, which he signed in gold paint pen. It just pops really well on that mylar.

For sentimental value, my favorite is Anthony Daniels' autograph on a 1977 People magazine with C3PO on the cover. I was always so proud I managed to hold on to a magazine for so long, seeing as how my toys didn't fair as well. (And also because the autograph was free!!)

For the "memory" value, my faves are Carrie Fisher and Michael Sheard, both of whom were very nice when they signed, so I didn't feel like I was being herded in and out like cattle.

As you can see from my list, I have very little to no interest in PT signers. I'm sure they're probably nice people, but I'd sooner ask Samuel Jackson to sign a Pulp Fiction poster because that performance actually stands out in my mind.

you should send letters to your favorite characters and hope they will send something back. But be prepared ti wait a long time. Or you could just go to a few conventions.

I've had many additions to me collection since I last posted in this thread.

My latest in Mark Hamill that I got from C2 Ventures.

 

I want to start collecting autographs. I wanna start easy and simple, so what should I do? I have no clue how to even begin.

BTW does anybody have Gin Clarke's (Adi Gallia's) autograph? I've never seen anyone with hers.

 

I have not seen Gin Clarke's around either.

Good way to start off is checking out TFN's estore and finding out about conventions in your area.

Sure, I guess it counts. If it's a signature by someone who worked on SW, I consider it an autograph.

Well, I got my ALL of mine at conventions. But some people have had luck with sending in letters. I never have I have sent letters to: Jeremy Bulloch, Natalie Portman, and Kenny Baker but I have never gotten even 1 response. If you have no plans to go to a con any time soon, you should try writing letters. There is a whole section on how to do this somewhere on TFN, I'll try to find it for you.
