Who's Gonna Quit Collecting After Episode 3?

One of my best friends just told me that he will stop collecting after Episode 3, maybe even before. I'm gonna try to talk him out of it, though.

The key to collecting will be quality of the pieces. I've quit collecting Hasbro because I can find a better likeness of the characters elsewhere. I'm also trimming my collection to focus on favorite characters with an occasional cool collectible thrown in. How long I stay in will depend on the quality of what's out there.

 

I'm not going to "quit" collecting after Episode III. But I do know that my collecting habit will slow down about a year and half after Episode III. It will be harder to find stuff in the stores. What I have always wondered is what will I do with all the toys and collectables that have gottin' over the last 9 years in 20 years??

 

I talked to one of my friends about this and he said the reason he will not buy the Ep. 3 toys, ships, etc. is because he dosen't like the packaging.
