People, we already know who wins when it comes to characters.

 

That's right...Knnos is so afraid of my Jedi's temper that has been avoiding me

Now, IRL, I have a car, so I could just run him down. However, he is a "Family" man

 

How about this:

Han VS Wedge, in Lando's Folley.

 

Wedge, hands down. Han is a marginally better flyer in something the size of the falcon, but wedge is the third best snubship fighter out there.

Though Tycho may edge him out on this particular run due to his experience in TIEs.

 

I wouldn't say hand down. Remember, Han has experience with asteroids, and he and Luke (Chewie?) did get the best time, although Wedge never raced. Han has more instincts for getting out of danger than Wedge, IMHO.

 

It was Chewie.
Chewie did most of the piloting though. and a number of their misses were luck.
And Han's asteriod experience was in a field with big asteriods. not the many smaller ones of Lando's folly.

 

Bantha fodder! Are you telling me that Chewiee is a better pilot than Han? NO WAY!

 

I have to give this contest to Wedge, and the piloting between Chewie and Han to Han and the Hand to hand between Han and Chewie to Chewie

and I have a car too Mav, as ye all shall see if I get up here this summer

Han is much the better pilot. It is just during this particular run that chewie did most of the piloting. At least while we could see. I figure Han probably took control during the landing.

I wouldn't say MUCH better. Han is a good deal better, no doubt, but Chewie is no slouch

 

Right, but you never know how well they could fly a fighter.

When has luck not been a factor in Han's life much less the Star Wars universe?

 

I meant obvious things like him bumping the flight yoke with his knee.
