Who's seen the picture up on the Official Site?

Yes, this picture isn't very exciting.

And I agree about Amidala's dress. From what we can see of it, it is very nice. But I liked the costumes in TPM!

 

Just think, if GL is going to have to come up with a new pic every week between now and the release of E2, that's a whole lot of pics. So every one of them can't be a huge, climactic thing. If he gave away one plot element in every pic, we would all know the entire storyline of E2 by December. Let's settle in for what is going to be a long wait.

My guess is this week's will be some inscrutable close-up of a prop.

 

No doubt a lateral view of a two by four used to hold up part of a set.

By the way, HEW, tremendous signature. It took me a minute and I'm usually quicker to remember these things.

 

One of these days, GL is going to pop some hugely revealing picture on us. But not this week. Probably not next week, either.

That's the new Sith Lord, Darth Jester! Seriously it looks like a medieval court jester or something. I'm willing to bet it's going to be a background character in the movie. I doubt these "Select" pictures are of really important characters or sets. Very, very strange.

 

Yeah, I totally agree. GL would never let out more than very *minor* parts of the movie. We really don't have to worry about being spoiled by the official site.

 

*snarl* Cheap gimmick to hype E2 two years in advance.
