She'll "take care of" the table just fine, I'm sure...
I can't go to Jedi-Con, something about being in America with no passport and such.
But I want the exclusive Clones. I was wondering if anyone who is going to Jedi-Con, might be able to help me get my hands on the [link=http://www.jedi-con.de/jedicon2008/aktuelles/meldungen/006_actiontoys_special.php]exclusive figures being offered at the con[/link].
I wasn't sure if I should post in here, but it would be easier to post here, than to contact everyone via PM.
Clone Troopers are my collecting addiction and I would love to have these figures. I understand that there is a 2 count max, so to get the amount that I want, I will buy from more than person.
Please let me know if you can help.
How many do you want? I could probably buy you one and pass it along at cost. I'll try to check the forums once more before I leave, but I don't know if I'll have internet access while I'm there, so try to get back to me with info ASAP.
looks like I might need 4 or 5.
TwiLekJedi is helping, but I don't know if he can get that number. So I will take anyone who can help get me the number that I need. Got some gifts and some collections to fulfill.
I can't wait.
My plane will be taking off at 8.40 am tomorrow morning, which means I'll have to be at the airport at 6.40....
Well my flight leaves at 6.35!
Leaving from Arlanda?
That means *calculates* that you'll have to leave home around 3 am right?
Luckily I've only got just about ½ an hour to the airport...
Nah, it's not that bad. I can take a bus that leaves at 5, and then I'll be at Arlanda 5.45, and the minimum time for checking in is 40 minutes, which should be 5.55. Of course I have to go the bus around 4.30
Leaving for airport shortly. See all y'all tomorrow.
Satimber, I will buy you one.
Okay, first pics are up....

And no laughing.
Just wanted to let you all know that I've got my feet safely on Danish soil again.
It was sooooo great to meet you all *hugs*
My pics should be up soon too
*wanders off to look at Mel's pics...*
Nice photos, guys. Looked like you all had a good time
Did anyone say Wookiee-Cookiees?
It was so great. The jedi-con itself, meeting you all again, being surrounded with SW only for the three days! The only sad part was the time to say good-bye, especially since we couldn't say good-bye to everyone since we had to run when we left (needed to get a train). So... I hope all of you (especially those to whom we couldn't wish it personally) had a good travel back home and it was great to meet you all again!
I'm sorry that some of them are very dark and blurry but here they are...
Other than that, I have only this to say:
Great photos guys and girls
Makes me very sad that I couldn't make it
How busy was the show??
Great pics! Thanks, Camilla!
Here are my pics. [link=http://s5.photobucket.com/albums/y192/ffsweden/Jedi-Con%2008/]clicketiclick[/link]
We are at home (only one day later than planned.. but the free night in London we got in exchange for our missed connection wasn't a terrible thing, really). Pictures and stuff forthcoming after I catch up on a lot of sleep.
this requires no caption.
Good to hear that you've arrived back home, I was wondering that you hadn't shown up yet.

Nice pics. Looks like you guys had a blast. I'm sorry I couldn't make it. Aw well, see you on the next big con definitely.
Did anyone get the Jedi-Con Shadow Troopers? How are they like?
2 1/4 mugs of flour
1 bag baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 spoons cinnamon
1 pack unsalted, soft butter (250g)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar (I used brown)
1 bar hacked milk chocolate (100g)
1 bar hack bitter chocolate (100g)
Add cocoa if you wish
- beat butter and sugar until creamy (never worked for me...)
- add vanilla, baking soda and salt
- add eggs
- add flour
- add chocolate chips and cinnamon
- add cocoa
preheat oven to 180° degree Celsius, put little bits of dough on a baking sheet with two teaspoons. If you didn't add coca, leave more space. for whatever reasons, they don't get so runny with cocoa in them.
bake for 12 minutes
Careful when taking them out, they're very soft then.
(If you do that seven times over, you have the amount of cookies needed for Con.)
You're crazy, Mel. But we love you.
Heda, I bought some Shadow Troopers for someone else. They looked good in my view, but since I don't collect figures, I didn't bought any for myself.
