Maybe ask to see the copy before it goes to print or vet the questions. If you're not comfortable, don't do it. Save yourself the grief and the irritation. Or maybe ask to do the interview via email? Then he has your exact and thought out words to work with and if he misquotes, you've got the original to back you up.
